Why we hold your data

We need your personal data to run your account, to keep to the law and to enforce our agreement with you. By using our sites you accept this policy. The English version is the main one.

What we collect

• When you visit: your IP address, the date and time, your operating system and browser, kept for a short time in log files.
• When you register: your name, gender, full address, date of birth, e-mail, username and password, and a security question.
• When you pay by card: the cardholder name, card company and number, and the bank details needed for a payout.

You can change most of your details at any time. Your name, date of birth, country and username stay fixed. Please update anything that is no longer correct straight away.

Checking who you are

We may ask for documents at any time, for example a passport, ID card or driver's licence and a recent utility bill, to confirm your identity and to meet anti-money-laundering duties.

How we use it

Information from cookies and log files helps us build your profile, tailor the site to you, send relevant offers, look after the site and spot misuse. Payment data may go to the payment providers who process your transactions.

Keeping it safe

We keep readable copies of transaction data for at least 18 months. Card details travel with TLS 1.2 encryption and are protected with AES 256-bit keys. We do not store your card details and we follow the payment card industry rules.
