About these rules

When you register, you agree a contract with Betzillo Limited. It covers these rules, our Privacy Policy, our cookie rules and the rules of each betting or gaming product. If a game rule ever says something different, these rules win, and the English text is the one that counts. We can update the rules at any time, so it is worth looking at them from time to time.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older, or older still if the age of majority where you live is higher. Online betting and casino play has to be legal where you are, and you confirm that you are not self-excluded anywhere. We may ask for proof of age and pause an account until we receive it. Any tax on your winnings is yours to report.

Your account

• One account per person, family and shared household, address, phone or device.
• Your details must be true and kept up to date. Never share your login details with anyone.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else getting into your account because the login details were not kept safe.
• We may close or suspend an account used unfairly, for cheating, for the benefit of someone else, or when we cannot confirm who you are or where your money comes from. In that case we may also void later bets and keep amounts that would otherwise be paid out, as far as the law allows.

Deposits

The smallest deposit is A$30. Use only payment methods and crypto wallets in your own name, and only money from legal sources. Deposits through a payment provider show up straight away. Money cannot be moved between player accounts, and we may refuse a deposit at our discretion.

Withdrawals

Before a withdrawal in AUD you need to have wagered three times the deposit. We pay out to you, normally to the method you deposited with, and we check your identity first. The lowest withdrawal amount is shown in the cashier. We may ask you to combine several pending withdrawals into one, and fees from your bank or payment provider are not ours to cover.

Bonuses

Each bonus has its own rules. Unless an offer says otherwise, the bonus has to be wagered 40 times within 7 days, the largest stake with bonus funds is A$5, and bonus money cannot buy bonus rounds or feature buys. While a bonus is running you play with your cash first. Bonuses can be removed from inactive accounts, and unclaimed bonuses lapse after the claiming period or 60 days, whichever ends first.

Sports bets

Bets are taken online only and are valid once we confirm them. The minimum stake is A$0.20, and one customer can win up to A$100,000 a day. A placed bet cannot be cancelled. We may void a bet if the result was already known or the odds were clearly wrong. If you ever disagree about the content of a bet, our internal transaction log decides.
